1. Acceptance of terms
By making a booking with Lahore Stays (“Lahore Stays”, “we”, “us” or “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to bookings made directly with us through our website, email or WhatsApp. Bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com are also governed by that platform’s own terms and cancellation policy.
2. Eligibility
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. Younger guests are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult. We may ask for valid identification on arrival, and we may cancel a booking made by an underage guest without an accompanying adult, with no refund.
3. Booking and payment
Bookings are paid in full at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal online and, for guests in Pakistan, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. A booking is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation by email. Rates are quoted in US dollars and include utilities, Wi-Fi and a full clean before arrival unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund; within 14 days of arrival, the first night is charged; no-shows and early departures are charged in full. Monthly stays need 30 days’ notice. Please read the full policy before you book.
5. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes possible if arranged in advance.
6. Guest registration
Local regulations require us to register guests staying at our apartments. Before check-in we will ask each adult guest for a copy of their CNIC, NICOP, POC or passport (and visa, for foreign nationals). We cannot host guests who are unable to provide this. We handle this information in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Occupancy and visitors
A full-apartment booking is for a maximum of 4 guests, and a private-room booking is for a maximum of 2 adults. Children under 12 count as children; guests aged 12 and over count as adults. Children can stay only in full-apartment bookings. Private-room guests share the kitchen, lounge and dining area with the guests in the apartment’s other bedroom.
Only the guests named on the booking may stay overnight. Day visitors are welcome but must be agreed with us in advance, and extra overnight guests (within these limits) may be charged per night.
8. House rules
Our apartments are in residential buildings, so a few simple rules keep everyone comfortable:
- No smoking indoors.
- No pets.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Please follow the building’s security and parking rules.
- Switch off the A/C, lights and appliances when you go out.
- Drugs and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Repeated breaches after a warning may end the stay without a refund.
9. Damage and security deposit
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay. We may ask for a refundable security deposit, which is returned within 7 days of check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
10. Liability
We are not liable for personal injury except where caused by our proven negligence, for loss or theft of personal belongings, for utility or internet interruptions beyond our control, or for third-party services we help arrange, such as airport transfers. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
11. Changes by us
If circumstances beyond our control mean we have to change a booking, we will offer you a comparable alternative or a full refund of what you have paid. Our liability in these cases is limited to that refund.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction.
