Cancellations & Refund Policy

Plans change, and we understand that. Here is exactly what happens if you need to cancel, change or shorten a stay at one of our Lahore apartments.

This policy covers bookings made directly with ENSUITEKEY through our website, email or WhatsApp. If you booked through Airbnb or Booking.com, that platform’s cancellation policy applies instead.

Standard stays (up to 27 nights)

Cancel up to 14 days before your arrival date and you get a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the first night is charged and the rest is refunded. No-shows and early departures are charged in full.

Monthly stays (28 nights or more)

A monthly stay holds an apartment for a long period, so we ask for 30 days’ notice. Cancel at least 30 days before arrival for a full refund. After that, the first 7 nights are non-refundable. If you need to leave early during a monthly stay, we refund the remaining nights once 14 days’ notice has passed.

How to cancel or reschedule

Email us at bookings@ensuitekey.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 312 4780319 with your name and booking dates. Your cancellation takes effect on the day we receive your message.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we send it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Card and payment-processor fees from the original transaction are not refundable, so a refund may be slightly less than the amount paid.

Changing your dates

Would you rather move your stay than cancel? Message us. We will always try to shift your dates instead, subject to availability and any difference in the nightly rate.

Things outside anyone’s control

If a cancelled flight, travel restriction or other event outside your control gets in the way, talk to us. We will do what we reasonably can to move your dates or offer credit for a future stay. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.
